Tisna Nur Rusliana

Tisna Nur Rusliana serves as the Expansion & Facility Lead at Moladin since April 2024, overseeing civil and architectural projects for office expansion and relocation across Indonesia, while also managing facility maintenance for over 100 branches. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Project Officer at Ruangguru from January 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities involved project execution for branch expansions and ensuring the upkeep of headquarters facilities. Tisna has also held positions in general affairs and service maintenance at Ruangguru, alongside freelance surveying and drafting roles at PT Permata Graha Nusantara and Lemtek UI, where expertise in conducting surveys, creating sketches, and preparing construction materials was developed. Tisna began a career with an internship at PT Quantum Business International, contributing to shop drawings and project monitoring. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Mercu Buana and a high school diploma in Architectural Drawing from SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong.
