Nichole Donovan is an experienced marketing and client services professional currently serving as Client Director at Molasses since April 2024. With a strong background in strategic account management, Nichole has previously held roles such as Senior Account Director at Traffik, where leadership in Samsung’s 2024 TV/AV launch was demonstrated, and Strategic Account Director at Genius Agency, co-leading the launch strategy for new client initiatives. Additional experience includes positions at Jane Doe Creation, Monogram, and For The People, where effective project management and a focus on business development were pivotal. Nichole also contributed to the Australian Graphic Design Association as a NSW Councilperson, representing the agency on the council of a top-ranked global design company. Holding a Bachelor of Communication (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney, Nichole has consistently achieved recognition and growth in various client-facing roles throughout a career that began in 2016.
