Wilder de Queiroz has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Wilder started their career in 1992 as a Quality Manager at Unimolde Industry, a toolmaker and technical plastic parts company. Wilder then joined Groupe Renault in 1997 as a Quality System Manager, overseeing quality system accreditation. In 2001, they joined Vallourec, where they served as a Quality Manager and later as an Operations Manager, responsible for the production team of high-pressure steel pipes.

In 2010, Wilder joined Plastic Omnium as the Program & Engineering Director for South America, leading the program and engineering team for plastic exterior painted parts. Wilder then became the Director of Engineering for the Americas, responsible for leading the American Engineering organization in the USA, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. In 2016, they were promoted to Program Director for North America, leading exterior painted parts programs in the region.

Since 2019, Wilder has been working as the Managing Director NA at MOLB Group. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's business development in the Americas region, with a focus on styling/design, engineering, and manufacturing. Wilder also leads strategic projects for new customers and services in the transportation and electric vehicle industry. Throughout their career, Wilder has demonstrated expertise in areas such as program management, engineering, quality, and operations.

Wilder de Queiroz completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NEOMA Business School in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a degree as a Mechanical Technologist from University Center - Santo Andre in 2001. Wilder'seducational journey started in 1986 when they obtained a degree as a Plastic Technician, specializing in Polymer/Plastics Engineering, from Senai São Paulo.
