Matt Porter has over 15 years of experience in retail operations specializing in the garden and home sector. Currently serving as Retail Operations Manager and previously as Live Goods Operations Manager at Molbak's Garden + Home since February 2008, Matt has developed expertise in managing diverse retail operations. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Outdoor Garden Sales Manager at Rogers Gardens from March 2003 to January 2009, where skills in sales and customer service were honed.
