Skip Crout

Skip Crout started their work experience in 1984 at Moss Adams LLP as an Audit, Accounting Service & Tax Specialist. Skip managed and staffed audits, prepared and reviewed tax returns, and provided accounting services. In 1996, they became the Vice President of Finance and CFO at Crown Distributing LLC, where they provided financial leadership, improved processes, and ensured a quality control environment. In 2009, they joined Goldfinch Bros., Inc. as the Vice President of the Residential Division, where they provided operational leadership, managed budgets, and employed percentage of completion accounting on commercial construction contracts. From 2016 to 2023, they worked at All Battery as the Chief Operating Officer. Currently, they are the Director of Finance and Administration at Molbak's Garden + Home.
