Mayra Arias

Mayra Arias (Pinel) has extensive experience in tuberculosis (TB) public health, having served as a Senior TB Technical Advisor at both PATH and USAID. Previous roles include TB Research Fellow at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Deputy Country Representative at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), and Team Lead for Access to Care at KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation. In addition to current work at Molbio Diagnostics focusing on partnerships and market access, Mayra also contributed as a Senior Public Health Advisor (Consultant) for the World Health Organization. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Mayra has demonstrated a commitment to improving TB-related health outcomes and enhancing access to care.
