Joe Wacha

Joe Wacha has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Joe started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Wow Dog! Incredible Hot Dogs in 2010. In 2013, they worked as a Security Monitor at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. From 2015 to 2016, they were part of the Event Changeover Crew at BMO Harris Bradley Center. In 2017, Joe joined Molded Dimensions LLC as an Engineering Project Manager, where they managed projects and ensured compliance with quality and delivery requirements. Joe later served as an Engineering Supervisor before being promoted to Director of Engineering in November 2022. Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills.

Joe Wacha has a strong education background with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they obtained from 2012 to 2017. Joe further pursued higher education and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university from 2019 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Joe has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Joe completed a Certificate of Completion in Supervisor Skills Workshop from WMEP Manufacturing Solutions in September 2021. In November 2017, they obtained a Certificate of Completion in Internal Auditing for ISO Based Systems from MRA - The Management Association. The same year, they also received a Certificate of Achievement in SOLIDWORKS Essentials from GSC, and a certification in Molding of Rubber and Design of Rubber Molds from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, School of Continuing Education.

Joe's commitment to continuous learning is evident through their recent certifications. In June 2022, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Molded Dimensions LLC, and in September 2022, they acquired a Certificate of Training in Measure-X from Prymetech Precision Manufacturing. Furthermore, in July 2017, they completed a Certificate of Powered Industrial Truck Training from Molded Dimensions Inc.
