Sarah Wells

Sarah Wells is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic development across various sectors. As the Head of Strategic Projects at Mole Valley Farmers from August 2020 to June 2023, Sarah successfully led cross-functional initiatives focused on business improvement and external opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions. In previous roles, Sarah managed internal software transformation projects and provided project-based support for distressed retail businesses at Hilco Capital. Earlier experience at Countrywide Farmers plc encompassed roles as a Business Change Project Manager and Business Support Manager, where Sarah drove internal retail projects and collaborated with key stakeholders. Sarah holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and A Levels from Hereford Sixth Form College.
