Steve Pearse

Steve Pearse is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Group Financial Controller at Mole Valley Farmers since April 2018. Prior to this role, Steve was Head of Retail Finance at Countrywide Farmers plc, where responsibilities included leading the Commercial Finance team and supporting the wider transactional finance team as the second-in-command to the CFO. Steve spent over 12 years at ASDA, progressing through various leadership positions including General Manager for the George & General Merchandise Division, where significant contributions were made to enhancing the in-store shopping experience. Earlier career experiences include roles at Mitchells & Butlers as a Commercial Accountant and Allied Domecq as part of a Finance Graduate Training Scheme. Steve holds an ACMA designation from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a BAcc in Business Finance & Accountancy from the University of Dundee.
