Pooya Mahmoudian

Pooya brings over 13 years of experience in R&D and product development to the Moleaer team. With a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering, he is passionate about developing new products and solving complex engineering problems. Before joining Moleaer, Pooya was the R&D Senior Program Manager at the Ingersoll Rand’s Precision Science and Technology division. He has successfully led cross-functional teams to launch highly profitable and strategic products for the aerospace and energy sectors throughout his career. He has two patents and several technical papers in compression and controls topics. His volunteer work includes serving as a peer-reviewer and session chair for ASME conferences.
