Claudia Köhler has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Claudia is currently the European Service Director at Molecular Devices since March 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Leica Microsystems as the European Service Manager from May 2010 to February 2019, where they were responsible for achieving revenue and profitability targets, managing KPIs, and standardizing contracts across the EU.
Before their role at Leica Microsystems, Claudia worked at Siemens AG, Regional Sales & Marketing as the Regional Operations Manager for South America, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East from January 2005 to May 2010. Claudia also worked at Siemens Business Services as the Executive Assistant to the Head of Siemens Group from May 2003 to December 2004.
Claudia's earlier work experience includes positions as a Senior Consultant/Senior Project Manager at Siemens Business Services (formerly Siemens IT Service) in Hamburg from March 2000 to May 2003. Claudia was also the General Manager at Hock & Köhler GbR in Paderborn from March 1997 to February 2000. Additionally, Claudia worked as a Consultant (during studies) at small and medium-sized companies from March 1995 to March 1997, and as a Software Developer (during studies) at BFK Gesellschaft für angewandte Wirtschaftsinformatik from February 1994 to November 1994.
Claudia Köhler obtained a Dipl.-Wirt. Inform. degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Paderborn, where they studied from 1991 to 1997. Additionally, they received a PMP certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the year 2007-2008.
