Erin Smith

Erin Smith is a Field Service Engineer at Molecular Devices since 2021, following a robust educational background at Virginia Tech from 2017 to 2021. During this time, Erin gained practical experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Assistive Robotics Lab, aiding in the design and construction of exoskeletons under Dr. Alan Asbeck's supervision. Erin also served as a Mathematics Tutor at the Math Emporium, offering support in six math courses, and completed a Mechanical Engineering Internship at Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care. Earlier experiences include a variety of visitor service roles at the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium and positions as a Cashier/Stocker at Harvest Valley Farms.
