Indu Sharma

Indu Sharma has extensive work experience in the field of quality control, project management, and compliance. Indu currently holds the role of Senior Compliance Process Scientist at Molecular Devices, where they started in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist III at NOVAVAX INC from October 2021 to May 2022, where they were responsible for complaint investigation and root cause analysis.

From August 2020 to March 2021, Indu worked as a Project Manager at Sartorius, where they supported the integration of acquired companies and coordinated project activities. Before that, they founded a project management and quality control company in the Greater San Francisco Bay area, where they served as the Founder and Project Quality Control Manager from 2014 to 2020.

Indu also gained experience as a Sr. Project Manager at Fluidigm Corporation from February 2019 to January 2020, managing genomic reagent manufacturing and transfer activities. Additionally, they held various roles at Affymetrix Inc. from 2004 to 2013, including Sr. Manager Project Transfer and Manager Operations, focusing on process improvement, document control, and quality control.

Earlier in their career, Indu worked as a Quality Control Manager at MedImmune from 2000 to 2004, overseeing bioassays, testing, and compliance with cGMP and FDA requirements. Indu also worked as a Scientist at Bayer Diagnostics from 1996 to 2000, where they contributed to quality control, technical operations, and stability studies. Prior to that, they held the role of Quality Control Manager at Ciba Corning from 1994 to 1996, and was a Sr. Chemist and Supervisor at Triton from 1990 to 1994, specializing in quality control and performance testing.

Indu Sharma has a B.Sc degree in Chemistry, Physics, and Math from Delhi University. Indu also holds a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology with a focus on Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, and Histopathology from Womens Polytechnic in New Delhi, India.
