Jerry Hsu has extensive experience in the field of product support engineering, with a focus on providing technical assistance and training. Jerry began their career at PerkinElmer as a Customer Support Service Engineer from October 2006 to March 2012.

In 2012, Jerry joined Agilent Technologies as a Product Support Engineer, where they globally supported Agilent MassHunter Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis, Easy-Access and Walkup for ChemStation, and MassHunter Examiner Software. Jerry played a key role in ensuring the successful launch of new products and created training programs for field service engineers. Jerry maintained constant communication with software engineers and the field organization through technical documents. Their tenure at Agilent Technologies ended in June 2014.
