Reagan Ly

Reagan Ly has a diverse work experience in various roles. Starting in 2017, Reagan worked as a Labor Market Analyst II at the State of Ohio. In this role, Reagan collected and analyzed labor force and industry data, and prepared reports for distribution.

In 2018, Reagan joined TBI Inc. as a Commissions Analyst, responsible for ensuring accurate commission calculations and resolving system issues. Later, Reagan advanced to the role of Commission Analyst II, where Reagan developed controls and incorporated contract financial performance adjustments into the commission system.

In 2021, Reagan joined Echo Global Logistics as a Senior Analyst, contributing to data analysis and decision-making.

Currently, in 2022, Reagan is employed at Molecular Devices as a Sr. Compensation/Commission Analyst. Reagan has implemented standardized work procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in commission calculations. Additionally, Reagan collaborates with the HR team for strategic workforce planning and partners with the finance team to provide insights for budgeting and forecasting.

Reagan Ly attended the University of Cincinnati from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Actuarial Science.
