Ryan West has over 15 years of experience in sales and technical roles in the biotechnology and life sciences industry. Ryan is currently working at Molecular Devices as the North America Drug Discovery Sales Director. Prior to this, they served as the North America Drug Discovery Sales Manager and Drug Discovery Sales Specialist at the same company. Ryan also worked as a Technical Sales Representative, BioResearch at Molecular Devices from 2016 to 2018. Before joining Molecular Devices, Ryan was a Sales Specialist at ProteinSimple from 2015 to 2016. Ryan started their career at Cascade Scientific as a Sales Associate from 2008 to 2013. Ryan also worked as a Research Associate II at Onconome Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Ryan holds extensive knowledge and expertise in sales and technical aspects of the biotech industry.

Ryan West pursued their education with dedication and focus. Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Washington, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Determined to further enhance their knowledge and skills, they went on to pursue a Masters of Science degree in Molecular Biology from Eastern Washington University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006.
