Shailesh Khadangale

Shailesh Khadangale is a Mechanical Engineer with significant experience in both academic and industrial settings. Currently employed at Molecular Devices since April 2021, Shailesh focuses on mechanical engineering applications. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Student at the University of Colorado Boulder, where Shailesh developed advanced computational fluid dynamics models related to bone cancer, presenting findings at the American Physical Society Division of Fluid Dynamics conference in 2019. Shailesh also served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at L&T Technology Services Limited from June 2013 to January 2018, leading a team in industrial product design and development. Shailesh holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor in Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
