Kristina Dabovic, PharmD, has a diverse range of work experience spanning different roles and industries. Kristina began their career as a Pharmacy Tech at Zive Pharmacy & Surgical Inc in 1999, where they worked until 2004. Kristina then transitioned to a role as a Lab Research Assistant at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where they were involved in various research projects related to cell growth and purification. This role lasted from 2001 to 2008.

Following their time at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dabovic joined Schering-Plough as a Rutgers Post-Doctoral Fellow from 2008 to 2010. Here, they gained valuable experience in pharmaceutical research. In 2010, they moved to Novartis and took on the role of Clinical Trial Leader II, responsible for leading clinical trials. Kristina held this position until 2015, at which point they became a Clinical Scientist at Novartis until 2016.

Kristina also started working as an Adjunct Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University in the same year, teaching pharmacy-related courses.
