Cass Andersen

Cass Andersen, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Analyst in Learning & Development Technologies at Molex, where responsibilities include supporting the implementation of global SuccessFactors projects and managing production support for Learning & Development technologies. Prior to this, Cass was a Principal Trainer at Phillips Medisize, leading a team of trainers and developing training programs based on assessed needs. Earlier experience at Pierce County Sheriff's Office included roles as Deputy Sheriff, Dispatcher, Jailer, Crisis Negotiator, and Training Officer, where significant contributions were made to training program overhaul and system management. Educational credentials include an MBA and a BS in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, along with certifications in criminal justice and law enforcement.
