Ivan D'Souza

Ivan D'Souza is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations across multiple countries and manufacturing facilities. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Molex since February 2012, Ivan oversees HR responsibilities for large manufacturing plants in Mexico, China, the Philippines, India, and the Global Technical Center in Bangalore.
