Nikhil Kavadia

Nikhil Kavadia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, currently serving as Director of Global Operational Excellence at Molex since September 2012. Nikhil has successfully managed the global deployment of the Molex Operating System across 26 sites, emphasizing the integration of Lean principles with Digital Transformation for value realization. Previous roles at Molex included Global Operations Integration Manager, where Nikhil led the development and deployment of a manufacturing operating system, and Master Black Belt, overseeing significant cost savings through Six Sigma projects. Prior experience includes quality assurance at Welspun Tubular LLC and research at the University of Texas at Arlington, complemented by a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution and a Bachelor’s degree from Nagpur University.
