Nikki Nicholson has extensive experience in business process leadership and customer service, currently holding the position of Leader, Business Process - Customer Service at Molex since June 2006, where also served as Team Leader for Distribution & Industrial. Prior to this role, Nikki worked at PeopleSoft UK from 2001 to 2005 as an Education Delivery Representative. Nikki began their career at the Charities Aid Foundation in June 1989, where responsibilities included complete event management for conferences, seminars, lectures, and meetings organized both externally and internally until November 2000.
