William Oakley

William Oakley is an accomplished supply chain and operations executive with extensive experience in global supply chain management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the VP of Global Supply Chain Planning and Operations Execution at Molex since September 2021, Oakley leads the design and digital transformation of supply chain operations for over $7 billion in revenue. Prior roles include Global Director of Continuous Improvement at TE Connectivity, where responsibilities encompassed S&OP and Integrated Supply Chain for approximately $14 billion in sales, and Sr. Director of Supply Chain at Masonite®, overseeing a global sales strategy supporting $3 billion in revenue. Oakley's career began at BASF, progressing through key roles focused on demand management and operational efficiency across multiple regions. Oakley holds a degree in Biology and Natural Science from Muhlenberg College.
