Phillip Rivers is a Senior Electrical Engineer and innovative development leader with extensive experience in R&D project leadership, spanning from initial conception to successful commercialization. Rivers has worked at Molex since 2012 and previously contributed as a Product Development Consultant at Electro Motive Diesel from 2010 to 2012. Notably, Rivers held positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Project Manager from 2004 to 2010 and as a Lead Design Engineer at Tellabs from 1992 to 2002. Currently, Rivers is pursuing a BSEE, MSEE in Electrical Engineering, and an MPD in Product Development and Design at Northwestern University and the Illinois Institute of Technology.
