Brooke Hightower

Brooke Hightower, CLSSGB, MBA, is an experienced leader in operational excellence and process improvement, currently serving as the Director of Process Improvement and Operational Excellence at Molina Healthcare since November 2023. Previously, Brooke held the position of Director of Medical Cost Savings Initiatives at Highmark Wholecare, where oversight of Medical Cost Savings programs was conducted. With a solid background in claims operations at Gateway Health, Brooke advanced through various roles including Director of Claims, Manager of Claims, and Claims Supervisor, while also contributing as a Business Process Analyst and Associate Business Analyst. Brooke's extensive experience includes a focus on team leadership, process optimization, and compliance across healthcare organizations. Education includes an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Point Park University.
