Lara Megerian

Lara Megerian currently serves as the AVP of Health Plan Engagement & Performance at Molina Healthcare since August 2024. Prior to this role, Lara held the position of Vice President of Clinical Performance & Operations at Oasis Health Partners from January to December 2023. Lara's extensive experience at UnitedHealth Group included various leadership roles such as Vice President of National Strategic Partnerships for Government Programs at Optum, Vice President of National Dual Special Needs Plans at UnitedHealthcare, and Executive Director for NJ Medicare at UnitedHealthcare. Earlier in the career, Lara was the Executive Director of Operations and Director of Operations at MetroPlusHealth from January 2002 to December 2005. Lara holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Penn State University and has completed executive education at Wharton.
