Marge Tam

Marge Tam is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in IT program management, organizational change, and process improvement, particularly within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager at Molina Healthcare since February 2015, Marge has led numerous complex projects utilizing both waterfall and Agile methodologies. Previous roles include project management consulting at Kforce and Modis, managing enterprise-level IT projects at First American Title, and serving in various capacities from project manager to software developer across multiple companies, including Unisys and Lender Processing Services.
