Matthew Levin

Matthew Levin currently serves as the Vice President of Government Contracts for the Western Region at Molina Healthcare, a position held since March 2020. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Associate General Counsel leading Government Programs at Blue Shield of California from February 2018 to November 2019. Matthew also held the position of Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Alameda Alliance for Health from November 2015 to February 2018, and served as a Senior Managing Consultant at Berkeley Research Group LLC between April 2013 and November 2015. Earlier in Matthew's career, from September 2008 to April 2013, the role of Compliance Director and Legal Counsel was held at LIBERTY Dental Plan.
