Shaina Popkin

Shaina Popkin, MBA, currently serves as the AVP of Regional Medicare Sales at Molina Healthcare, a position held since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President of Sales and Associate Vice President of Sales at Bright Health from May 2021 to January 2024, and Director of Sales at Universal Care from February 2017 to January 2024. Shaina Popkin was also involved as Associate Vice President of Sales at Brand New Day Health Plan and held the role of Senior Network Manager at Regal Medical Group. As a co-founder of The Oxinda Group, Shaina Popkin works to educate the community on medical bill negotiations, achieving significant savings for patients. Additional experience includes positions at Seaside Health Plan and Universal Care as well as an administrative internship at Silver Lake Medical Center. Shaina Popkin holds an MBA with an emphasis in International Business from Chapman University, complemented by two Bachelor's degrees in Economics from the University of Arizona.
