Terry Hu

Terry Hu currently serves as the Director of Process Improvement & Ops Excellence at Molina Healthcare, a position held since February 2025. Previously, Terry held the role of Senior Director for the Enterprise PMO at Evolent, where significant cross-functional initiatives for operational excellence were enabled and executed. Earlier experiences at Anthem, Inc. included regulatory oversight management and leading clinical quality management initiatives. Terry also worked as an Investigator at the California Department of Public Health, examining healthcare fraud and abuse, and as a Compliance Consultant at Compliagent, providing training and regulatory guidance. Terry's educational background includes a Master's in Management Studies from MIT Sloan School of Management, a B.A. in Molecular Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an International MBA from Tsinghua University.
