Victoria Pham

Victoria Pham is the President and Founder of Metalyst Health, established in October 2022, focusing on Behavioral Health services and consulting that integrate Providers, Managed Care Organizations, and Pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as Medical Director and Consultant at Molina Healthcare since January 2024 and as a Consultant and Adult & Child Psychiatrist for the New York State Office of Mental Health since 2015, Victoria has previously held significant roles including Medical Director in Customer Experience at Change Healthcare, Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University Medical Center, and Chief Medical Officer at the Institute for Community Living, Inc. Victoria's educational background includes degrees from Columbia University, the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, the University of Southern California, and an M.B.A. from Yale University.
