Carlos Naftal has had a diverse range of work experience, starting from their role as a Junior Auditor at Deloitte in 1987. Carlos then worked as an Auditor and Consortium Administrator at Techint, where they were responsible for operational audits and managing partnerships. After that, they served as the CFO and a member of the New Business Task Force at Benito Roggio e Hijos S.A., leading bidding processes and participating in project startups. Carlos later joined Sadesa as a Business Controller, where they led the reengineering of the business and implemented budgeting and performance measurement systems. Following this, they worked at BERTIN S/A as an Assistant Manager, focusing on improving production processes and decision-making. Carlos then served as the Program Director for a subsidized employment program at AMIA/JDC, before becoming the CFO of Yaguar Wholesaler, responsible for branch operations and implementing cost-cutting measures. Carlos then joined Canueas Group as a Country Manager, CEO, and Regional Business Director, developing new products, customers, and a successful distribution network. Currently, they are a Co-founder at NoWorKids.
Carlos Naftal completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration de Empresas and Ciências Contábeis at the University of Buenos Aires from 1982 to 1987. Carlos also obtained certifications in International Grain Purchasing from Kansas State University and Milling for Executives from Buhler.
