Cecilia Ferraro

Cecilia Ferraro is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience at Molinos Rio de la Plata since January 2006. In the role of Directora Ejecutiva de Recursos Humanos, Cecilia has overseen comprehensive human resources management across multiple business units, including Pastas and Congelados. Previous roles include Gerente Sr. de Gestión Corporativa and Gerente RH Negocios Pastas y Congelados, among others, demonstrating a strong background in HR management across various operational contexts. Prior to her tenure at Molinos, Cecilia served as a Consultor Externo at Green and Red - English Institute, specializing in internal and external communication strategies. Cecilia holds a Licenciatura in Ciencias de la Comunicación Social from the University of Buenos Aires and completed executive programs in Human Resources management at Universidad de 'San Andrés' and IDEA - Instituto para el Desarrollo Empresarial de la Argentina.
