Iryna Agieieva

Iryna Agieieva's work experience includes various roles in the payments industry. Iryna began their career at Paymentwall, Inc. in 2011, where they held positions such as Optimization Engineer, Manager of Payments Product Optimization, Product Manager Payments, and Head of Cards Acquiring. During their time at Paymentwall, Inc., they led product organization, managed teams responsible for customer-facing product flows and payment partner integrations, and established and managed teams for risk management and analytics.

In 2017, Iryna joined Booking.com as a Product Manager Payments and eventually progressed to the role of Senior Product Manager Payments and Group Product Manager Fintech - Customer Payments. In these roles, they led a team of 50+ people and was responsible for overseeing the customer payments domain, including customer-facing interfaces, core payment flows, and various payment methods and providers.

In 2019, Iryna joined the Advisory Board at FinTech Connect, where they presumably provided expertise and advice in the fintech industry.

Most recently, in 2022, Iryna joined Mollie as the Head of Product - Payments, where they are responsible for leading the product strategy and development in the payments domain.

Throughout their career, Iryna has demonstrated their expertise in product management, team leadership, risk management, and analytics within the payments industry.

Iryna Agieieva received their Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", ESC "Institute of Applied System Analysis" in 2011. Iryna then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in System Analysis and Control at the same university and completed it in 2013.
