Leni Boeren

Leni Boeren possesses extensive experience in governance and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice-chair of the Supervisory Board and member of the Audit Committee at Mollie since October 2023, Leni also holds positions as a member of the Capital Markets Committee at Autoriteit Financiële Markten and as a member of the Supervisory Board at NIBC Bank, among others. Notably, Leni is the Chair of the Supervisory Board at Ohpen and a Board Member at Air France-KLM, involved in both the Audit Committee and Sustainable Development & Compliance Committee. Leni's leadership extends to roles in advisory capacity, including membership on the Advisory Board at Keyser & Mackay. With a Master of Science in Business Administration specializing in General Management, Strategic Management, and Marketing Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam, along with additional educational experiences at IMD and Singularity University, Leni demonstrates a robust foundation in strategic leadership and consultancy.
