Joe Adams

Joe Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in validation and process engineering within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Global Process Validation Manager at Mölnlycke since April 2017, Joe oversees design transfer and validation processes for single-use surgical and wound care products. Prior roles include Validation Manager at Powers Of Automation, Validation Engineer at Bend Research, and earlier experience in various engineering positions at Mölnlycke Health Care and Alere, Inc. Joe began a career in engineering as a Mechanical Engineer at Stratom, Inc., contributing to significant revenue growth through innovation and project management. Joe holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's degree from West Virginia University.
