Noemi Dalby has been working in the design industry since 2004, with experience in womenswear design at Signal Clothing before transitioning to children's fashion at Molo Kids A/S. Currently, Noemi holds the position of Head of Design for Outerwear and Swimwear at MOLO, utilizing their background in design from Hellerup Textile Academy.
