Adriel Melo

Adriel Melo has a diverse work experience in various industries. Adriel started their career as an Intern - Research Assistant at the STRONG Kids Research Project, where they contributed to cross-disciplinary research on childhood weight imbalance, obesity, and health behaviors. After that, they worked as a Healthcare Account Manager at CDW, delivering technology solutions to businesses and healthcare organizations.

Adriel then joined Schneider, a premier provider of truckload, logistics, and intermodal services, where they held multiple roles. Adriel began as an Account Executive and later became a Senior Account Executive, achieving and maintaining over 100% of their sales goal and mentoring new sales reps. Adriel then served as a Sales Team Leader and eventually became a Sales Operations Manager, overseeing sales operations and processes within the company.

Following their time at Schneider, Adriel joined Motive as the Director of Sales for their logistics division, One Point Logistics. Here, they offered multi-modal logistics solutions and partnered with Motive to provide a unique offering in the 3PL space. Finally, they joined MoLo Solutions as a Sales Manager, where they are responsible for ensuring the delivery of reliable transportation services to shipper partners.

Adriel Melo completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. This degree was obtained between 2005 and 2009. In addition to their formal education, Adriel has obtained several certifications, including Sales Prospecting from LinkedIn in December 2020 and the Schneider Certificate of Excellence from Schneider National in November 2012.
