Iolanda Bertacchi has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Iolanda began their career at Guaranteed Rate in 2014, where they initially served as an HR Assistant. In this role, they supported the SVP of HR, HR Director, and HR Generalist with various tasks, including special projects, meeting organization, policy updates, and day-to-day operations.

Afterward, Iolanda transitioned to the role of HR Generalist within the company. In this position, they provided HR support to a division covering Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas, as well as multiple corporate departments. Their responsibilities included addressing benefit and 401k inquiries, processing FMLA requests, managing the onboarding process, and identifying solutions for work-related problems.

In 2019, Iolanda joined MoLo Solutions as a Human Resources Generalist, where they played a vital role in shaping the company's HR function from its initial stages. Iolanda established company policies, created offer letters, and implemented an onboarding process to facilitate the company's growth from a startup with less than 100 employees to a 300-person office. Iolanda also researched, vetted, and implemented a new HRIS system (Paylocity) for the company, ensuring compliance at both the state and federal level. Moreover, they served as the main point of contact for all MoLo employees and coached management on employee relations issues and termination conversations.

Iolanda's performance and expertise led to their promotion to Senior Human Resources Specialist at MoLo Solutions in 2021. In January 2022, they took on the role of Human Resources Manager, where they continue to oversee various HR functions, including benefits, employee relations, on and offboarding, and payroll assistance.

Through their work experience, Iolanda Bertacchi has demonstrated strong HR skills, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and policy development.

Iolanda Bertacchi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Illinois State University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014.
