James Williams

James Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Strategic Account Development at MoLo Solutions since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ArcBest from 2011 to 2023, where they held various roles including Senior Branch Manager- Truckload and Inside Sales, Branch Manager- Fort Smith- Truckload Sales, District Sales Manager, Regional Sales Supervisor, Executive Account Manager, Account Manager, Lead Consultant- Sales, Manager- Talent Development, and Moving Solutions Quality Analyst. Before joining ArcBest, James worked at U-Pack (a service of ArcBest) as a Quotation Analyst for a brief period in 2011. James also served as the Managing Member of Fort Smith Industrial at FSI, Inc. from 2000 to 2010. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Dispatcher at FSI Transportation from 1999 to 2000.

James Williams attended Arkansas State University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
