Ellen Mok is a Senior Manager of Compensation Design & Delivery at Moloco, starting in December 2024. Previously held the position of Senior Manager, Compensation (Global Design) at SoFi from April 2019 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading a team focused on global compensation strategy, market benchmarking, and budget management. Ellen also served as a Senior Staff Compensation Partner and Staff Compensation Partner at SoFi, providing client-facing support for corporate functions and leading the launch of a company-wide Bonus & Compensation Planning Program in Workday. Prior experience includes roles at Tesla as a Staff Compensation Analyst and Senior Compensation Analyst, where Ellen supported HR and business leaders in North America sales and operations. Early career experiences include a part-time position as a Stock Plan Analyst and an internship at Genentech. Ellen holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Music from the University of California, Berkeley.
