Luo Lu

Luo (Lucile) Lu is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in leading data-driven initiatives across multiple high-profile companies. Currently serving as the Data Scientist Tech-lead Manager at Moloco since July 2023, Luo previously held the position of Principal Data Scientist at Tinder from July 2019 to July 2023, and earlier roles at Netflix and Twitter where significant contributions were made to A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks. Luo's academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Statistics from Stanford University, where research focused on non-parametric multivariate large scale data analysis, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Peking University.
