Patrick Copeland

Patrick Copeland is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product management and technology leadership across various high-profile companies. Currently serving as General Manager at Moloco since April 2025, Patrick leads the AI-native SaaS platform focused on enabling retailers to launch retail media networks. As a member of the Board of Trustees at Harvey Mudd College since May 2023, Patrick contributes to strategic decision-making in education. Previously, Patrick held the position of Chief Product & Engineering Officer at Zendesk from July 2022 to July 2024, where responsibilities included guiding the global strategy for GenAI and ML-based services. Prior roles include Vice President of Product and Tech at Amazon and Autodesk, where Patrick significantly advanced advertising strategies and introduced machine learning to enhance construction project outcomes. Patrick holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Arizona.
