Polina Melnikova

Polina Melnikova is a Senior Strategic Growth Manager at Moloco, specializing in Commerce Media since April 2021. In this role, Polina focuses on utilizing machine-learning powered advertising solutions to help marketplaces and retailers optimize their customer data and enhance their advertising capabilities. Prior to this position, Polina served as a Publisher Development Manager at Roxot, where responsibilities included supporting publishers in establishing and scaling their monetization strategies. Experience also includes a Growth Marketing Intern role at Advert School, during which Polina contributed to user acquisition campaigns across gaming and e-commerce, developed creative strategies, and provided performance analysis.
