Rachael Hood

Rachael Hood is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in executive talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Recruiting and Strategic Talent Programs at Moloco since March 2025, Rachael focuses on cultivating relationships with top talent in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Software Engineering on a global scale.
