Rachael Hood

Rachael Hood serves as the Director of Executive Recruiting and Strategic Talent Programs at Moloco since March 2025, focusing on cultivating relationships with top talent in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Software Engineering globally. Prior to this role, Rachael was the Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at Cruise, leading a team dedicated to recruiting senior leaders to address significant engineering challenges. At Google, Rachael led a team of over 15 Executive Recruiters and Researchers within the Consumer Portfolio, managing searches that influence substantial revenue generation. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Executive Recruiter at Spencer Stuart, specializing in the Global Energy and Industrials Practice, and various positions at Maxwell Drummond International, where Rachael contributed to executive search and research efforts. Rachael holds a BBA in Business with an emphasis on Human Resources from The University of New Mexico.
