Tom Blotman is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and business development. Currently serving as Growth Director at Moloco, Tom leads the company's expansion in Israel, leveraging machine learning advertising for rapid growth. Prior to this role, Tom worked at Snap Inc. as Business Marketing Lead for both Mid Market, EMEA and Israel & CEE, where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies, driving sales enablement, and managing vendor relationships. At Meta, Tom held positions as Senior Gaming Partner Manager and Startups Partner Manager, focusing on growth for gaming and startup companies across EMEA and Israel. Earlier roles also include Head of Growth Marketing at Imonomy, Marketing Manager at Wannabiz app, and various marketing positions that emphasize user acquisition and product marketing. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Reichman University and received additional training from Columbia Business School and the Media Innovation Lab.
