Kenneth Notter is an associate at MoloLamken LLP since November 2020, bringing extensive legal experience gained through previous positions as a law clerk for the Honorable Gerald J. Pappert in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Jerome Holmes in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
