Kenneth Notter

Kenneth Notter is an associate at MoloLamken LLP since November 2020, bringing extensive legal experience gained through previous positions as a law clerk for the Honorable Gerald J. Pappert in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Jerome Holmes in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Kenneth Notter has also served as a research assistant for Professors Michael J. Klarman and Jack L. Goldsmith and participated as a student attorney in Harvard Law School's Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. Prior summer associate roles were completed at Susman Godfrey LLP, Winston & Strawn LLP, and Ahmad, Zavitsanos, Anaipakos, Alavi & Mensing P.C. Kenneth Notter holds a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in American Government and Politics from American University. Notter completed studies at the University of Oxford and graduated from Wheaton-Warrenville South High School.
