Dimitar Dimitrov is an accomplished business operations professional with extensive experience in supply and demand planning within the beverage industry. Currently serving as Business Operations Planning Director for the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region at Molson Coors Beverage Company since October 2020, Dimitar has progressed through various roles including Demand & Business Operations Planning Director and Senior Manager for Supply Network Modelling and Design. Prior experience includes significant roles at Kamenitza Brewery, where responsibilities ranged from Supply and Demand Planning Manager to Demand Planner.
