Janeth Rodriguez

Janeth Rodriguez is an experienced Environmental and Sustainability Engineer currently working at Molson Coors Beverage Company since September 2023. Previously, Janeth served as a Senior Environmental Engineer at General Motors, where responsibilities included overseeing the Resource Management program at Arlington Assembly, optimizing the Environmental Management System for regulatory compliance, and implementing zero waste initiatives across GM sites in the USA and Mexico. With over a decade at Dow, Janeth held various technical service and development engineering roles, including managing product portfolios and collaborating closely with customers. Janeth also has experience in quality and production engineering roles, focusing on process optimization and quality assurance in multiple product lines.
