Josef Skacel

Josef Skacel has extensive experience in logistics, planning, and customer service excellence across Central and Eastern Europe. Currently serving as Senior Director of Logistics, Planning & Customer Service Excellence at Molson Coors since June 2019, Josef leads the development and execution of logistics strategies for a regional business worth over 750 million EUR in net sales revenue. Prior to this role, Josef held various positions at Procter & Gamble from July 2005 to May 2019, including Central Europe South Physical Distribution & Customer Logistics Director, where responsibilities encompassed physical distribution, customer service, and operational excellence in multiple Central and Eastern European markets. Josef holds an Engineer degree in Business Administration from Prague University of Economics and Business.
